Pricing & Payments Policy

1. Consultation Fee

Each online consultation provided through the Pet Pocket Care platform is charged at a fixed rate of 15 (fifteen) euros per consultation.

• The price is final and includes all applicable fees and taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• There are no additional charges, hidden costs, or recurring payments.
• Payment is initiated only after the advisor confirms availability for the requested consultation.

2. Payment Processing

All payments for services rendered by Pet Pocket Care LLC are processed exclusively through the international payment platform Paddle.

• Pet Pocket Care LLC does not store, process, or have access to customers' credit card, debit card, or banking information.
• All financial transactions are handled in compliance with Paddle's certified security standards, including PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
• A payment confirmation and receipt are automatically generated and sent to the customer by Paddle upon successful completion of the transaction.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

Pet Pocket Care LLC ensures the confidentiality and protection of user information in accordance with applicable data protection laws of Georgia and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

• Personal information provided by users during the payment process is collected and processed solely by Paddle for the purpose of completing the transaction.
• Pet Pocket Care LLC does not have access to and does not retain users' payment data.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available after a consultation has been delivered. However, refunds may be considered in specific cases, including:

• Duplicate payments;
• Verified technical errors that prevented the consultation from being conducted;
• Erroneous charges confirmed by Paddle.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@petpocketcare.com within 10 (ten) business days from the date of payment. Each request will be reviewed individually, and eligible refunds will be processed through the same payment method originally used.

5. Disclaimer

The online consultations provided through Pet Pocket Care are for informational purposes only. They are conducted by professionals with higher veterinary education and relevant experience in the field of animal care.
